Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the items to be shipped, and are added to the amount of the order under the heading shipping costs. They include VAT.
All shipments are made by colissimo with tracking, the number of which is sent to you by email when your order is shipped.
Items can be sent to Metropolitan France, SWITZERLAND, EU, DOM TOM, or worldwide.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method (for information only):

Colissimo Overseas: 5 to 7 WORKING DAYS

colissimo Europe, Switzerland and United Kingdom: 5 to 7 WORKING DAYS

In case of absence at your home during the delivery of your package, a transit advice note will be left by the carrier, indicating where and when to collect your package. You will then have 15 calendar days to collect your package. After this time, the package will be returned by the carrier to the seller. The customer will then have to contact the seller to request a reshipment which will be fully paid for by the customer.
In the event of loss of the package proven following the investigation undertaken by the carrier at the request of the customer within a maximum of 30 days after notification of the shipment, the seller undertakes to return free of charge an identical product or, failing that, , will reimburse the customer for the amount of the products ordered, excluding shipping costs, which will remain the responsibility of the customer.

I accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions.
Contact me within 7 days after delivery via the Contact form explaining the reason for return.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of thebuyers. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
